User Management - Administrators Only

 

Click User Management on the Secondary Navigation bar on the Profile tab to:

 

·  Add new Bibz users.

·  Delete existing users.

·         Manage user access to cataloging and/or processing profiles, participation in
families, list access levels, and authority to submit orders.

·  Assign access to Grid Templates, Branches and Fund codes.

 

NOTE:  User Management functions are available ONLY to Administrative users.  This option does not appear on the screen for Non-administrative users.

Users are displayed, by default, in alphabetical order by Last Name.  To view

information in a different sort order, you can click on the column headers of

Username, Last Name, First Name, and E-mail.  To reverse sort order, click the

column header a second time.
