The List Manager Screen
List Manager displays identifying information about lists you can access. When you first select the List tab, users will see My Lists and Lists Shared to Me expanded with a default of 25 lists viewed. Special Lists will be collapsed. To expand/collapse a list section, click on the category header (My Lists, Lists Shared to Me, and Special Lists). Page navigation will only be seen when the sections are expanded. The page navigation will display if more than 25 lists exist. An additional option in page navigation is to view ALL lists in the category. The current, active list is identified by a starburst icon (R).
Lists are organized into three categories:
Lists you have created. These lists may be for your own personal use or to share with other users.
Lists created by others users and shared with you. You may have read-only access, quantity update access, or full access to a shared list. See the section later in this chapter entitled Shared List Access for more details.
Your level of access to shared lists is established by your Administrator for each family in which you are a member. In addition, another individual user can give you access or a different level of access to a particular list.
Lists created by Brodart to highlight titles in several categories that may be of interest to you, including Brodart's Graphic Novel list, Brodart's Awards and Starred Reviews* list, Brodart's Blockbusters and, when a McNaughton product is selected, McNaughton lists. Consult these lists on a regular basis to find Brodart's latest recommendations.
