To review the contents of a list, on the
List Manager page click the double right arrow icon (>>) under the Open
heading next to the list you want to display. The List: OpenList page displays, where OpenList
is the name of the currently open list. The titles display in the lower,
scrolling portion of the screen. See the section later in this chapter
entitled Working
with Open Lists for complete information on how to review and update an
open list, and how to perform other functions with open lists.
NOTE: When you open a list, there are
no Secondary Navigation controls on the List: OpenList
screen. Click the List tab to return to the List Manager page.

When a list is opened, with Books &
AV product type selected, users will see Total Price in the Active List summary
and a dollar amount in the Price column; when a McNaughton Point Plan product
type is selected, users will see Total Allow (Allowance) in the Active List summary
and a dollar amount followed by point value in the Price (pt)
column; when a McNaughton Book Plan product type is selected, users will see
Total Allow (Allowance) in the Active List summary and a dollar amount in the
Price column. On the bottom of the Open list, users will see either Total
Allowance (McNaughton product types) or Total price (Books & AV).
PO Number (which will carry through to
order submission) and PO Note (local use only) fields are available in the
anchored header for use on various reports and can be mapped into downloaded
MARC records.
