Using Bibz Screens

Bibz screens are divided into two sections: an anchored header and the scrolling lower frame.

NOTE:  When using Bibz screens, DO NOT click your Web browsers Back or Forward buttons.  Results will be unpredictable.  Instead, use the Tabs and Secondary Navigation to maneuver throughout the site.
