Lists are organized into three categories. The screen displays your four most recently accessed lists in each category, along with orders recently submitted that have not yet been processed.
My Lists
Lists you create. These lists may be for your own personal use or shared with other Bibz users. Note that if you have lists that have not been modified within a 12 month period, a message stating "Lists marked with in the Lists tab have been unchanged for 12 mos. and will be deleted within 14 days."
Lists Shared to Me
Lists created by other users and shared with you. See the section entitled Shared List Access in Chapter 3, The List Tab for more details.
Special Lists
Lists created by Brodart to highlight titles in several categories that may be of interest to you, including Brodart's Graphic Novel list, Brodart's Awards and Starred Reviews* list, and Brodart's Blockbusters. McNaughton plan types will have this category located before the My List category. Consult these lists on a regular basis to find Brodart's latest recommendations. Note that these are not personal lists until you copy the list and rename it.
In addition, the Submitted Orders section displays links to recently submitted orders, not yet processed, in your library system. Note that there may be more than four orders listed. Once these orders have been processed, they can be seen in the Order History tab.
