On the Contents tab note that to the left of each chapter name a book icon is displayed. To see the detailed contents for that chapter, click the book icon (). Click on the books that indicate subtopics within the chapter to open those as needed. Finally, click individual topics, signified by a question mark icon (insert icon). The currently selected book or topic is highlighted.
Remember to use the vertical scroll bar if necessary to display the complete topic text.
