Accessing Online Help - The Bibz User's Guide

Click the User’s Guide tab to display the Bibz User’s Guide with complete Contents, Index, and Search functions.  When you click the User’s Guide tab, the Bibz User’s Guide fills the entire scrolling lower frame of the screen.

Click the Help icon () at the far right of the Secondary Navigation bar to display “context-sensitive” help related to the specific page you are currently viewing.  When you click the Help icon, a separate window opens (unless the checkbox in User Preferences is unselected and then it will appear in the same browser window) displaying the Bibz User’s Guide, with the appropriate chapter selected.

Regardless of how you access the User’s Guide, using online help is the same.

While Brodart does not recommend using your Web browser’s Back or Forward buttons within Bibz, you can use the Back and Forward buttons to navigate through the User’s Guide.  That is, if you click on a hyperlink in a particular topic, you can click the Back button to return to your original topic.
