. A Request Processing message appears in the upper left hand corner of the open list. When the report has finished running, an Adobe PDF icon (
) will appear on the List Manager page, to the right of the list name.To print a scheduled report of titles of the currently open list, in McNaughton Products, with an annotation and one review:
1. Select the Generate PDF with Annotations option from the Actions drop-down box.
2. Click . A Request Processing message appears in the upper left hand corner of the open list. When the report has finished running, an Adobe PDF icon () will appear on the List Manager page, to the right of the list name.
3. Click on the Adobe PDF icon () to open or save the report.
Note that this report is already produced for all Special Lists within the McNaughton products.
