If you need to import information from the currently opened list into Microsoft Access or another database program, create a CSV file. A CSV file is a text file in which each value in a record is separated by commas. Note that this action is limited to Books & AV product.
To create a CSV file:
1. Select Generate CSV File from the Actions drop-down box.
2. Click . A file download dialog box opens allowing you to Open, Save, or Cancel.
3. Save the file to your computer
List_Name (where this is the name of the list).csv
