. A file download dialog box opens allowing you to Open, Save, or Cancel.Select this option on the List: OpenList screen to print 3x5 cards for each title in the currently opened list. For titles that were selected without using a grid, one card is printed with the appropriate bibliographic information. Note that this action is limited to Books & AV product.
For selected titles using a grid, the first card includes bibliographic information and the subsequent card or cards contain the number of copies selected for each branch.
To generate 3x5 cards:
1. Select the Generate 3x5 Format PDF option from the Actions drop-down box.
2. Click . A file download dialog box opens allowing you to Open, Save, or Cancel.
