FTP MARC Download is available to you at no charge. Contact your ILS customer service to find out how this option can be enabled on your system.
If a FTP server is set-up in Profile: System Settings (Administrative control) and the action is assigned to the user (in User Management), the FTP MARC Download action appears in the Actions drop-down box.
To post MARC Records to the assigned FTP server:
1. Select FTP MARC Download from the Actions drop-down box.
2. Click . A Transaction Complete message will appear (If unsuccessful, contact Brodart Technical Support via e-mail at technicalsupport@brodart.com or call 800.474.9802 ext 6555).
Note that when successful, a will appear next to the list name on the List Manager page. If unsuccessful, a
will appear next to the list name on the List Manager page.
