FTP MARC Download

FTP MARC Download is available to you at no charge.  Contact your ILS customer service to find out how this option can be enabled on your system.

 

If a FTP server is set-up in Profile: System Settings (Administrative control) and the action is assigned to the user (in User Management), the FTP MARC Download action appears in the Actions drop-down box.

 

To post MARC Records to the assigned FTP server:

 

1.      Select FTP MARC Download from the Actions drop-down box.

 

2.      Click .  A Transaction Complete message will appear (If unsuccessful, contact Brodart Technical Support via e-mail at technicalsupport@brodart.com or call 800.474.9802 ext 6555).

 

Note that when successful, a  will appear next to the list name on the List Manager page.  If unsuccessful, a  will appear next to the list name on the List Manager page.
