Lock Selected Lists

Select this option from the List Manager Actions drop-down box to lock a list.  Lock a list when it should no longer be updated.  A locked list has Read-Only access for all users.  Users can review the list, but cannot make any changes or additions.  Lists can be locked ONLY by the list owner or a user with Full Access, if the list is shared.

 

To lock a list:

 

1.      Click the checkbox to select the list to be locked.

 

2.      Select the Lock Selected List(s) option from the List Manager Actions drop-down box.

 

3.      Click .
