. When the user applies a grid template, it appears in display mode, meaning it is displayed as text or read-only. The entire order line is editable if the Qty, Note, and Call No. fields appear as free text fields. To edit a grid value in a grid template that has been applied to a title, click within the cell you wish to change.
This will allow the user to make any changes to the assigned grid template provided that the user has access to the lines within the grid template. If a user does not have access to a line in the grid template, it will remain in display mode. Note that only one grid value can be edited at a time. Note that if you have invalid grid values, they will be displayed in red with invalid notation (AF – invalid). To edit these invalid codes, click the control and select valid code.
If you attach a grid by mistake, select which grid line(s) you wish to remove and then select Delete Selected Grid Lines from the Actions drop-down and click .
